All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you are not fully satisfied with your CoreEase™ product.
To start a return, contact us at contact@trycoreease.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
- The model concerned (if your request is for a product exchange)
Return conditions
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with the rules applicable to wellness devices in direct contact with the body, the returned product must be:
- Unused, clean, and odor-free
- In its original packaging, with its protective materials, plastic films, and instructions
- With its hygiene seals intact and still attached to the product
- Free of any signs of use (marks, damage, stains, soiling)
Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Free product exchange
If the product you received does not suit you, CoreEase™ offers a free exchange within 60 days, while stocks last.
- Contact our customer service at contact@trycoreease.com, specifying the desired replacement product
- The product must be returned under the hygiene conditions described above
- CoreEase™ covers the cost of reshipping the new product
- Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the following cases, which are fully covered by CoreEase™:
- Defective product (damaged device, manufacturing defect)
- Our error (wrong model, product not matching the order)
- Product exchange (reshipping is free)
Return warehouses — International network
CoreEase™ operates return-receiving warehouses in several countries and regions. When you request a return, our team will provide the address of the most suitable available warehouse for your location within our network.
⚠️ Important: The return shipping address will be provided by email after your request is approved. We reserve the right to ask you to ship your return to the warehouse with available receiving capacity at the time of your request.
No return sent without prior written approval from our customer service can be accepted or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been received and inspected, using the original payment method. The refunded amount corresponds to the sum paid at the time of the order, less a flat administrative and payment-processing fee of $5 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few extra days to appear on your account.
📬 Package not received
If you have not received your package within the stated timeframe, contact us at contact@trycoreease.com.
Before making a claim, we ask you to:
- Check the status of your package using the tracking number sent by email
- Contact the carrier indicated in your shipping email
- Check with your neighbors and any local pickup point in case the package was left there
Any claim of non-receipt will require a signed written statement together with a scanned copy of a valid photo ID, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Without these documents, no refund or reshipment request can be processed.
